    Handsome fold-out Conoco Mileage DS highway map of Wisconsin, printed more than 46 years ago.
    The map opens to 18" x 26-1/2" and has great detail on highway alignments, with cartography by H.M. Gousha. There are inset plans of Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, and Duluth-Superior.
    The map was distributed by the Continental Oil Company in 1968 and is dated in the legend. The code number in the lower margin is 8-PP. Little triangle symbols locate Conoco gas stations, and there's a Conoco logo and the slogan "Now...4 Gasolines! 4 Prices! Ride the Hot Ones and Save!" on the back cover:
    Continental had recently purchased Minneapolis-based Western Oil and Fuel Company, and this map is co-branded with Western's Mileage and Direct Service (DS) brands.
