    Actual dimensions are 12" x 24-13/32".  I compared measurements on 3 sheets and dimensions did vary by up to an 1/8".  I ONLY checked 3 so I can't guarantee that they won't vary more than 1/8".  approximately 33 mils thick(30 mil magnet and 3 mil white vinyl?)
    Lot of 25 white sheets(NOT ADHESIVE).  Some scuffing(mostly on the first 1/2" of the edges) from dirt and dust working its way into the stack.  This may make them unsuitable for printing on since they aren't pristine clean.  Print on them at your own risk.
    Square corners.  Some corners may show a little bit of wear.  They are a matte white but dry erase does seem to work well on them.  I only had a "Quartet Neon" green marker to test it with.  Performance may vary with different brands, types and colors of dry erase markers.
    What you see is EXACTLY what you will receive.  Nothing more or less.
