    From the Estate of Dr. Milton Eddy (1884-1963) avid American Folk Art Collector. His claim was
    to fame was his development of forensic hair analysis. He was an expert witness in multiple murder
    trials during the 1930's through the 1950's. Specifically he assisted J Edgar Hoover and the FBI
    in solving the 1943 "Babe in th Woods Murders" of 3 young girls.
