Canon BG-E20 Battery Grip
for your EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR. Able to hold up to two LP-E6/LP-E6N Li-ion battery packs, this grip will effectively double your shooting time. Also, it features vertically-positioned controls, including a shutter release button, a multi-controller, and an AF area selection button. The battery grip is constructed from magnesium alloy to match that of the 5D Mark IV and is both dust- and water-resistant. Additionally, it features a camera alignment pin hole for use with certain video heads and quick release plates.

All Canon/Nikon/Panasonic or Sony product comes with all original accessories, and ready to operate plus a third-party AC adapter and/or battery charger (if needed). Depending on the country of origin, international versions of a product may differ from domestic versions in certain ways including, without limitation, their packaging, charger, AC adapters, printed manual, and manufacturer warranty. Please note that if you purchase a “body only” offer, it may arrive in an original or Kit box from which other parts such as the lens may have been removed. If you purchased a lens only, it is a "NEW" lens, but the product may or may not be delivered in manufacturer packaging. The product may or may not include the original manual, but access to an English product manual is available via the internet. A 1 Year parts, 30 day Labor U.S Store warranty is provided by us the sellers and extended coverage can be provided also if interested, unless otherwise specified in the item specifics. Import items may not be eligible for a manufacturer warranty in the USA.

PAYMENT TERMS
We accept PayPal payments from anywhere in the world. All PayPal payments are subject to address verification from our end. We reserve the right to cancel your payment if it fails to pass verification and cancel the purchase. All orders are subject to billing address verification. International payments are subject to verification over the course of 24-48 hours.
SHIPPING TERMS
We only ship to verified/confirmed addresses, no exceptions. We reserve the right to use the shipping carrier of our choice. We understand that eBay has various shipping options, we will try our best to ship with your preferred method. We will honor what you paid for, speed of the carrier will not change.
We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses unless we are contacted ahead of time and it is authorized. Keep in mind there is a surcharge to ship to these types of addresses.
Packages of high value require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that you are at the ship address to sign for the package.
We typically ship between 1-4 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please note that weekends & holidays are not considered 'business days'. This processing time is required for all shipments -- express shipments, as well as standard shipments. Please call us directly to speak with a representative if you need your package to be shipped urgently.
The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver to your address. If this happens you will be charged additional shipping charges due to shipping the package back and forth. We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left our warehouse. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package upon purchasing. If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect.

Domestic Shipping

If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other US territory these states/territories are required to select 2nd day air. The surcharge varies on the package weight and size, we will not charge anymore than what is directly quoted from the carrier.
International Shipping
International Customers are more than welcome! We currently offer shipping to over 120 countries, please contact for shipping info.
International buyers are responsible for any and all customs, duties taxes and brokerage fees to be paid to the courier or government. Please contact your local customs office with further inquiries in this issue. Deals All Year assumes no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or any and all other charges requested or required by destination countries. Every international shipment might be delayed by destination country authorities. If your package is delayed by customs you will have to call your local customs office to find out what is holding it. We have no way of giving you better information when a package is delayed by customs. Customs delays, if occur, are not part of stated delivery times.

RETURNS POLICY
We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. If there is any problem with the item please contact call us. We solve all issues. Before returning an item you must contact customer service to obtain a return approval (RMA number). New items can be returned for a money refund or a replacement/exchange item. To be eligible for a return the items must be in the exact same condition as we sent them and in the original box. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals and all additional items and accessories must also be included in its original condition.
Shipping an item back to Deals All Year without contacting us first, may lead to refused delivery on our side and package being returned to you, at your cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned packages will be charged return shipping. Items that are shipped free, if returned, a refund less our original shipping cost will be given. Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 10% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (since the carrier will be charging us for both ways). Please make sure we authorized your return.
