Condition: Vintage & classic, PENN 650 SS SALT WATER SPINNING REEL, apparently unused, and still in factory box w/ original handle & extra spool, plus receipt dated ''05 / 30/ 91", just as shown. Close inspection of this vintage PENN 650 SS clearly shows it to have never been used after purchase date.(See Photos) Box itself is dated "Aug. 24, 1990" on bottom and contains the PENN 650 SS Reel in about 99.99% overall condition still after decades on the shelf.
