Colorful Vintage 1950's Japanese Friction Tin Gasoline Tanker Truck

This colorful Japanese tin friction bonnet front truck is a gasoline tanker truck. The truck is 2.75 inches (7 cm) long and 1 and 3/8 inches (3.5 cm) wide.
Two drivers are seen through the front windshield. It rolls on two rubber edged tin rear drive wheels and a single tin front wheel. The word Gasoline is seen on both sides and the word Oil is on the back of the truck. Other tanker truck details, ladders, valves, stars etc. decorate the surface.
Condition is very good. There are some small areas of wear and the base has that light spidery discoloration you sometimes see on Japanese toys. The friction mechanism works well.
