Continental Enameled Musical Lighter not working

I do not know anything about musical lighters I was asked to sell these for a friend So if you have any questions just ask
This is a Continental Musical lighter The  graphics are in real nice shape The front has a flower with engraving, On the back it has a guitar with two small glass diamonds. I wound it up but can not get it to do anything so this is Not working I'm sure it can be repaired But it is going as is.   Please I can not except returns on these unless I miss represent the item If I say it's working and it arrives not working then message me. but if I say it doesn't work or it's scratched up don't try and return it when I have explained the item correctly. Please look at the pictures if you have questions message me just don't wait until 10 minuets before it closes I am listing all the lighters at one time. I do combine shipping if you are the winner of more than one just wait for me to send you a total
