D-carbonator Decarbonator Stainless Heated Soak Tank 250 GAL. This machine was purchased new by us in 2019. It has been used for about a year with no issues. We have upgraded to the 500 Gallon model for double baking racks.

If you are not familiar with this particular product it is magic. It turns carbonized bakery wares (trays, single bakery racks, pans, etc.)  back to basically new. The photos on the website are true. We know because we used it for a year plus to clean hundreds of racks and thousands of sheet trays. Retail price new is 00.
