Firefighter Helmet Yellow Temecula California 1989

Yellow firefighter helmet with a sticker on front that reads:
Partners in Prevention
City of Temecula 1989
Old Traditions New Opportunities
Seems to be a simple sticker
There is a spot on the underside of the helmet where is looks like a sticker label used to be but I can not read what it says - some numbers and letters can be read but not sure what it says.  One sticker inside says 234 and one says LINCKE.  See pictures for details.  Helmet is sold as-is no warranty.
