Speakers has been fully tested, inspected, and 100% functional. New complete item in original box ( was opened to verify contents ). Slight box damage.
Shipping
All items are securely packaged, labelled and are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received ( normally same day if received by 3pm PT excluding weekends and holidays ).
US Shipping only.
We do NOT ship to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, PO Box or US protectorate.
We do NOT offer International shipping.
Items will be ship via FEDEX GROUND / HOME DELIVERY (approximately 3-7 business days* ). *All transit time is approximate and depending on destination.
Your shipping address must match your PayPal confirmed address. We are unable to ship to alternate addresses. We are also unable to change the address after payment.
Return Policy
Please contact us if you have any problems with the item.
Your purchase of the above item comes with a 30-day warranty from date of purchase. If the item you purchase arrives DOA ( Dead on Arrival ), stops functioning properly within the warranty period, or is significantly different than the one described, you can contact us to return it within 30 days of receiving it.
After we receive the item we will refund your purchase amount.
After 30 days, all sales are final.
If you wish to return your item for any reason other than the ones stated above ( DOA, broken, not as described ), a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund.
Any return MUST be sent back in the packaging it was received in, and include ALL original undamaged items, accessories, manuals, cables, remotes, software, etc. the item(s) came with. We record all serial numbers, on items that have them, and these must match upon return. Returns will NOT be accepted if serial numbers do not match.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred to send back to us and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that returned items are adequately wrapped to prevent any further damage occurring.
PLEASE NOTE ALL SERIAL NUMBERS ON ALL OUR ITEMS ARE LOGGED PRIOR TO LISTING AND SHIPPING, THEY ALSO HAVE BEEN DISCRETELY MARKED FOR SECURITY REASONS TO PREVENT ANY KIND OF FRAUD.
