    Description

    Japanese tin toy of 1960s Mercedes Highway Patrol/Police car. 'Daishin'(?) logo visible on back shelf. Black and white with 'Highway Patrol', 'PD', '2271', and 'Police' lettering, insignia and markings. Has red light on roof and siren on left front fender.
    Fairly good overall condition-- back window caved-in; colors and insignia still sharp, but the car shows play use/wear--scrapes, scuffs, and small dents on fender tips and driver's side A-pillar. Wheels bind, doesn't really roll. Front and rear bumper/grill 'chrome' very full.
