(lighter is not included, you will only be receiving a single flip top protector with your purchase)

The protectors are New Old Stock, but have a sticker on them you will have to remove.  As New Old Stock they will show some superficial wear from storage in a bulk box, but mechanically the cases are all perfectly functional and ready to use as soon as you receive them.
