    Up for your consideration is this nice vintage really cool
    RED
    Cairns & Bro Fireman's Helmet. This helmet comes complete with a nice working Faceshield and nice complete Liner. On the inside of this helmet the labels/tags shows A.N.S.I. 289, Year I believe 1-196? & Class D.
    This Cairns helmet is in nice cosmetic Condition with minor marks, scratches & imperfections/discolorations on the outside & the inside liner, straps ETC... are in very good condition. The plastic face shield is in good working condition with no cracks but there are scuffs. I have lightly cleaned/dusted off this helmet as I wanted it to be almost as I found it.
    As you can see there are several stickers on the outside & they are all in nice condition. The original owner of this helmet worked for Monsanto "FIRE DEPT JFQ PLANT" & it appears "MAYBE" he was trained at TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY TRAINING SCHOOL??? All items are sold in AS IS condition as found.  Please see all of the pictures for the overall condition and appearance of this wonderful helmet.
