  • Condition: The friction motor moves the car and stows the roof nicely. Not much effort needed to roll. The wheels are nice and straight rubber is good. All hubcaps are still in-place. There are some paint nice front right fender, passenger door and left rear fender. Very small and hard to see. I will try to show in pictures. The box is in very nice shape with one damaged corner which has been taped on inside. This could be re-done. All in all a wonderful complete authentic vintage toy car!

    Description

    This is the friction tin toy version of a Ford Galaxie Skyliner made by Nomura Toy co. in Japan ( approx. 1958). A Wonderfully working example with an original box. To get the top to stow safely into the trunk just lightly run the tires across the table. It is front wheel drive. This toy measures 7.5 inches long, 3 inches wide and 2.5 inches tall. Or 19 cm x 7.5 cm x 6 cm tall.
    Condition description should say paint chips.
