  • Condition: This Penn Jigmaster Model 500 is a used reel in excellent condition. Up for sale is a Lightly USED Penn Jigmaster Model 500 Conventional Reel in EXCELLENT CONDITION. I called it EXCELLENT in the title because that is what that is what I believe about this reel. I see a lot of reels and this is a very nice reel in GREAT condition. The reel does have a few scratches and marks on it from very lite use. The star drag is in good working order, the eccentric lever release, used to release the spool works well; the spool spins freely when disengaged, the heavy-duty clicker functions as it should, the non-handle side bearing works well, spool has scratches, and the stand is sound. This is a very smooth operating reel and it looks great. The spool has the NEW REEL shine on the side plates and on the chrome parts.
