ll returned merchandise must be pre-approved, within 14 calendar days, in the same condition in which it was received. If requesting a REFUND, a 15% restocking fee will be applied unless otherwise authorized by Christian Photo.

* Include a copy of the original invoice, with the RGA number documented.
