The pre-drilled mounting ring and staple are constructed of durable 316 stainless steel

Pipetite products are designed to completely seal around pipe and tube as they pass through walls, floors, ceilings or electrical enclosures.  The PTR2-000 Pipetite ReBoot wall boot can be trimmed to fit pipe or tube diameters from 0" to 2.50".  Unlike metal wall plates or escutcheons, Pipetite boots are flexible so they stay in place and maintain their seal despite pipeline vibration and movement. The Pipetite ReBoot design is ideal for existing  piping where it isn't possible to slide the boot over the end of the tubing before it is installed.
Its split design allows the installer to wrap the boot around existing piping then seal it closed with the robust stainless steel staple provided.  Pipetite's unique base design incorporates self-sealing ridges that provide excellent surface contact, eliminating the need for caulks and sealants.  The boot is constructed of FDA compliant hygienic white silicone and can be easily trimmed to size using a knife, scissors or snips. The pre-drilled metal mounting ring and staple are constructed of durable 316 stainless steel and can be mounted to any flat surface using drive-type anchors or screws.
