Prewar Open Tin Touring Car Fischer?

Here is a very nice little 7.25" lithographed tin open touring car that is unmarked, but believed to have been by Fischer in prewar Germany. The clockwork toy appears to be complete, and is in good condition with wear to the lithography as seen in the photos.There is a very cool period driver, but it is unknown if he is original. There is no rust, The clockwork motor appears complete, and wants to work, but seems to need some sort of adjustment. Look at the photos and ask questions if necessary.
