RARE ORIG GERMAN WWII WW2 2 PHOTOS LUFTWAFFE KIA FUNERAL VERY ODD UNIFORMS!

Description

A pair of larger photos showing a large funeral apparently for multiple KIA airmen or perhaps bombing victims, but have a good look at the uniforms of the two Luftwaffe officers - VERY UNUSUAL!  Neither of them have wreaths on their visor caps, and neither one of them have rank insignia collar tabs!  I've never seen that before and cannot explain why.  One officer has a DRL riding badge and an SA sports badge on his tunic.  There also appears to be an older Railway official left of the priest or possibly a member of the WWI veteran's group.  Interesting photos showing the band playing in the background, many civilians gathered, and these two odd Luftwaffe officers.  Whomever they were honoring, they appear to have been well-known.  Photos are clearer in person, I don't have a scanner so I'm taking photos of the photos, sorry about that!  Guaranteed original WWII photos, no reproductions or Russian fakes.
