RARE VINTAGE FIRE STRAPED HELMET Ass't Asst Chief

Description

This is an old fire chief helmet with a strap and a metal holding looking kind of part on the helmet.  I am not sure what it was used for. If you know and can tell me I will add it to the listing then.
