This is a PAIR of new replacement 15 inch Woofers for the Klipschorn, Belle Klipsch, and Cornwall speakers. Also this is an excellent high quality woofer for those DIY projects. Performance of this new woofer is modeled on that of the pre-1985 Klipsch K-33E woofer. These woofers have a nice heavy cast frame which, besides being stronger, yields a slightly more efficient magnet structure. This means a bit more output at the lowest frequencies. The cast frame also means that the diameter of the frame is about 1/8 inch larger than the K-33E. This extra diameter means that there is not room to install this woofer in some La Scala speakers. It has been successfully installed in La Scalas, but installation sometimes required removing some wood to have enough clearance. The extra 1/8 inch frame diameter is not a problem when installing these in the Klipschorn, Belle Klipsch or Cornwall Speakers. These woofers are 4 ohm 15 inch bass drivers.
