    ROBERT SHAW      CF Z68426      Commercial electric thermostat  ---    4 POLE    WITH POSITIVE OFF  ---  BULB 1/4 X 7  ---  TIN/ZINC  ---  Cap 42 in  --- I can not find this model and or any other positive info on it,  came in a box of new D1-D18s for Hobart, all made by Robert Shaw  ---  it has the same dimensions, mounts and bulb with heavier screws and longer terminals  ---   it had been put away for future use and now not needed after upgrades    if you can decipher model No its your gain.       .        Thank You
