Momentum is a small business run out of two locations, one in Michigan and the other in Georgia.
On many items, "freight" is the selected shipping option to ensure that the shipping cost is specific to your location and the item shipped.
As a rule of thumb, items under 80 pounds will ship according to the lowest cost to the customer. Items above that weight might ship LTL.
In some cases, the buyer can arrange the LTL shipment with their carrier to help with the cost. LTL freight services are handled off of eBay, and the shipping option "local pick up" will be selected.
There are two different ship policies; with LTL there are only two pick-ups available per business week. Pre-packed items are shipped out the same day (Mon - Fri) if payment is completed before 11 AM.
We follow buyer instructions or preference when possible; any notes or requests for extra packaging or accommodation must be expressed and accepted before payment; this includes: e.g., using shipping codes, changing ship services, extra packaging required.
Our goal is to reply to messages ASAP, but this is not a sole proprietor but a company; we observe all federal holidays, breaks, weekends, and occasional staff absences.

(A) All products are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and with all defects and faults, and seller makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind whatsoever, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, concerning any products, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, all of which are disclaimed.
(B) Seller does NOT accept returns or offer refunds on any products; in any case, any products sent back to seller for any reason must be sent back at purchaser?s sole cost and expense.
(C) In no event will seller be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, exemplary or special, whether known or unknown, including without limitation loss of profits or revenues, business interruption or shutdown, injury or damage to persons or property and/or commercial loss, resulting from any use of any products, regardless of whether seller has been advised of the possibility of such potential loss or damage.
