Set of 2 19c Antique Apothecary Pharmacy RX Medical Clear 6" Bottles Cut With Glass Stopper.
In excellent condition. No chips or cracks crystal clear!
c.1880's apothecary pharmacy bottles in exquisite clear crystal glass. These bottles are precisely hand-blown and feature a faceted octagonal stopper. They are rare and usually have various names of pharmaceuticals stored in them with a porcelain enameled label attached.
They also look very much like the ones published in Hermann Steinbuch, Wien (Vienna Austria) general price catalog for apothecary equipment from 1897 but has no markings so cant confirm on that.
They were acquired at an high end estate sale, her mother had purchased them in early 1900's and were barely used if not at all and stored away for decades so they are in incredible condition!
