    Description

Still Full 1920 Antique Sloan's Liniment Embossed Bottle Pharmacy Quack Medicine.
Vintage Sloan’s Liniment Bottle from the 1900's based on the label lettering and bottle shape.
The label is in decent condition it looks like some of the liquid spilled on parts of the label leaving those parts discolored.
Bottle is pretty much still full of the liquid.
Sloan’s Liniment is embossed in the glass on the back.
The product was made by Standard Laboratories, Inc.
Bottle was made in the USA by the Obear-Nester Glass Co in middle part of the 20th century.
Sloan’s Liniment was originally a veterinary product developed by Andrew Sloan to topically treat sore and lame horses.
Andrew’s son, Earl S. Sloan, is credited with initially putting it on the market as a remedy for human ills and developing it into a world wide product that is still available today.
Earl’s likeness has been included prominently on Sloan’s Liniment labels from the very beginnings of the business.
