is used but in good condition.  The unit powers on and appears to function properly.  We used a universal power supply to power on this unit (power supply not included).  Both handpieces are in good cosmetic condition but the tips are not included.
The display screen is in good cosmetic condition.
All buttons are in good working condition.  There are some exposed wires toward the end of the larger handpiece (see photo).  The overall cosmetic condition of this unit is good with the exception of a few light scuff marks (see photos).
We do not have the necessary equipment to conduct any further testing on this unit.  However, this unit comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.  Includes everything in the pictures and nothing else.
