She will look as Pretty as can be wearing this Twirling In Time Collar! The collar has an aqua background covered in bright pink flowers and comes with the Pretty Pink Flower Attachment! "So Cute On!"
This collar is made using 100% cotton fabric, interfacing, and comfortable hardware.
The bow is attached with an elastic band and can be taken off for play time or positioned anywhere along the collar that you like.  Size large are reinforced with nylon webbing for added strength.
This listing is for a size Medium.
Size M will fit necks ranging in size from 12-19" and is 3/4" wide.
Machine wash or hand wash (preferred) and lay flat to dry.  The bow is not washable.
