    Description

One of my favorite things to collect in German photos were pictures of Germans with American cars during and before the war.  From what I understand, they captured large numbers of American cars in Holland and Belgium, and they were pressed into service until they wore out or they couldn't find parts anymore.
I can't imagine what a nightmare this one was to the company mechanic to keep running!  A very rare (anywhere) 1938 Lincoln Zephyr V-12 convertible coupe, which has been painted in camo colors and has divisional markings painted on it - would make a good research project.  This is a smaller photo, right out of an album, with a bit of green felt paper stuck to the back.  Since there's what I think is a Citroen truck behind it, this may have been taken in France earlier in the war, as I can't imagine this luxury car with its big V-12 motor could've stayed in service for long!  This is a rare one!  No name on the photo paper but  guaranteed original WWII photo, no reproductions or Russian fakes!
Will ship to U.S. addresses only, buyer to pay for first class USPS postage, please ask questions first, all sales final, no returns or refunds, I do my best to describe things accurately. Thanks!
