Here is a Used Vintage 1947 Illinois License Plate. It is a Green and White Fiberboard. The ILL Letters at the Top of the Plate show Smudges from when it was Painted as Shown in the Pictures. This Fiberboard Plate was aa Display Item at a Car Restorers Estate Sale.
