    Vintage D.F.D. Helmet #2692 Black MSA Skull Guard Fire Helmet from WW2 Era. Condition is "Used".The helmet is stamped on headband D.F.D.  2692.  It has a hand painted inscription on rear brim MY HONOR IS DEARER THAN MY LIFE. S.M.   On the front of helmet is the fraternity symbol. SIGMA NU.  This helmet must have been worn with pride to serve.  It has a Crack on right side.  2 holes on the top.   The helmet  has been well worn. My collection is too large so its time to save with other collectors.  Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
