Vintage Sterling .950 Silver flip top pocket Lighter with a 3 barrel hinge. It is stamped ‘Sterling .950’ on the bottom. The case is highly engraved with a Japanese Geisha and the initials BML.. The insert is unmarked.
Condition: The original 3 barrel hinge is loose. The silver case has a few shallow dings along the top and bottom.
