Vintage Gold Plate Eclydo Unused Watch front fluid Cigarette Lighter Not working

I have been a licensed estate buyer for the last 35 years, having multiple locations, and jewelry stores, and I recently closed shop and retired from the retail end of the business.  I have a ton of leftover items, not limited to Jewelry, watches or parts, so I am going to sell them all on ebay.  I have a large collection of Sterling Silver serving pieces as well as object d'art, in Silver.
Silver is at a 5 year high, and I think it will continue to rise, as long as there is a recession, or worse, coming, and a sense of fear.
It is getting harder and harder to still find vintage and antique, beautiful silver items, especially with silver prices being what they are.  Too many beautiful things getting torched and melted.  Sad!
I guarantee this is pref 1955.  This is a very nice, great condition, collectible watch lighter, by Elcydo, in a gold plated finish, with no stem or crown for the watch.  It does not spark, and I did not try anything to get it working.  It is fluid lighter, so can't leak gas.
That's just a disclaimer, because I honestly never tried anything.  It does not spark, so might need a flint also.   It is not damaged in any way.
I listed this as used, but I really don't think it was ever filled or lit.
Silver is higher than it's been in over 5 years, and isn't showing signs of letting up it's climb, in these scary times.
I do not polish any silver items, as I have found that the majority of buyers prefer the original patina, left intact.
No damage and no repair marks.
I will always combine shipping on purchases of multiple items.

This means that I you shorten a bracelet, or resize a ring, I Will not take it back. Please be sure you want what you have bought, before you change it in any way.
