Vintage All Leather Fire Helmet with inside fiberglass shell Underwriters Labs RATED ,,strap adjustable to fit any size it appears,this thing is HEAVY DUTY leather designs are really sweet and detailed  and weighs about 4lbs . Tags say Morning Prides Mfg. Company . I don't know too much about it except it was from Utah . If you want specifics  just ask and I can try and help as best I can .Thanks .

Helmet has front leather plate on it ,,however ,,entire brim and cover are rubberized ,,just to make clear ,,I am not an expert and found this out after I had it listed and cannot change specifics once it has been bid upon . Sorry for any confusion ..I did not mean to mislead anyone .
