Vintage Line-Mar Tin Litho Toy Airplane Vickers Viscount Capital Airlines 1960's JapanCapital Airlines founded November 1, 1936,
Began flying operations April 21, 1948.
Ceased flying operations on June 1, 1961 when merged with United Airlines.
Vickers Viscount was the only turboprop operated by Capital airlines.
This was a battery powered Model Airplane produced in the early 1960's, by Line-Mar.
While using the battery pack the wheels under the wings would move and propellers would spin.
There is a red and green light at wing tips. Not sure if they actually worked.
Sorry, Battery Pack and wires are missing.
Measurements are: Fuselage 11"; Wing Span 14"; Heigth 5 1/8" (including tail section).
Has all 6 wheels intact which will rotate, 4 properllers are also intact, but need to be pushed back
on their shaft to rotate.
Over all condition is very good with some surface rust spots and paint scratches
