UPS Insured ground. Tracking Numbers are uploaded when items
is shipped (Daily) in your paypal payment and ebay winning.
Returns & Defect:
If you receive an item and are not satisfied or item is not listed correctly
Please contact us after you've received your item. We are willing to work
with our customers, our goal is customer satisfaction.
We ship all items via UPS ONLY and Fully Insured to the lower 48 U.S.States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico MUST contact us first prior to bidding for
shipping rate(s). We DO NOT ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Box. No Exceptions.
Please Note: We only ship out Monday thru Thursday during regular business days.
We--alexandersauctions-- are not responsible for the shipper's errors. Weather, lost packages or any other issues of that nature by the shipper are out of our control. If any losses occur, compensation to you the customer
must wait until the shipper resolves the situation, usually between 15-25 business days. NO EXCEPTIONS. Aslo should any item be received damaged/broken, the buyer agrees to save all packing materials from shipment
pending review by the shipping company.
