Vintage Sears Trolling / Fishing Reel 6 4377 Black

Description

This is a used Vintage Sears Trolling / Fishing Reel. No. 6 4377. Black. The reel is in very clean solid condition and all functions of the reel appear to be mechanically sound. The two sides of the reel are intact and in good condition with no chips, gouges or sign of breakage. I'm not sure if that's Bakelite or just a hard plastic.
The handle knob is intact but does have a couple of gouges as shown in the pictures. There is no corrosion on the metal components. The chrome has no blemishes. Almost looks like new. This is from my father-in-laws estate and I don't believe it was used very much if ever. Bottom stamp reads 311 43770. I don't know where it was manufactured or the year of manufacture.
