This is a really cool Penguin branded flat advertising cigarette lighter for the Sports Car Club of Vancouver British Columbia. (VERY NICE COLOR LOGO GRAPHICS) This RARE lighter retains most all of its bright coloring with some light wear for age (see pics). The chrome is bright and shiny  (see pics). This unique piece appears to have NEVER been fired. Displays nicely. Please look at all the pictures for they are an important part of the description.
