Vintage Timelite Alba Art Figural Telephone Clock Cigarette Lighter/ Not Working

Here is a very neat figural chrome toned metal telephone with a push button cigarette lighter in the handle and a clock for the front. Unfortunately it is not currently working. The clock was working for a while but now nothing is working. The piece acts like it is not getting juice at all. The neither the clock nor lighter are functioning. I have no idea what may be wrong or if it can be fixed so am selling it strictly, " As Is/ For Parts or Repair Only/ No Returns Allowed ". The overall cosmetic condition is pretty good with no real damage or repairs noted. One of the non-operational hang-up buttons on the telephone has about 1/2 missing. The cover for the cigarette lighter is missing on the receiver end. The plastic cover over the heat coil has a hole in the center and small cracks emanating from that hole. The silvered metal surface is in pretty nice shape with no missing silver. The metal is not magnetic so its not iron. I'm not sure what it is, possibly pot metal. The phone is about 5 inches wide in front, 6 inched deep and about 4 1/2 inches tall with receiver in place. Neat combination item but needs to be restored. Please see ALL enlarged photos for best idea of condition of the item as these are a part of the description.
