Vintage Tin Train Engine - Arrow Locomotive. In nice condition. Displays well. I believe it is a friction toy but it does not work. Wheels move though. Graphics are nice. Needs a cleaning. Light surface rust in some areas. For display only. No manufacturer markings that I can see. See pictures for overall condition.
