Here is a Vintage Virol Stoneware Bone Marrow Jar. Food for Children and Invalids. Jar measures 5 1/2" in height and 4" across at widest. Bottom has an indented maker's mark. Looks like a V, but not sure.
Jar is in very good clean condition with no chips, cracks or other damage. Printing is intact and vivid. There is a glaze skip along bottom, as seen in photos of back. Very commonly found. Does not detract. Shows more in my photos than in person.
I've owned it for many years and have kept it well. Downsizing my collections. This is a smoke free home.
