    WW2 Era Lighter Type U.S. Medic Needle Sterilizer PIONEER New York, NY.
    It is in excellent condition! Looks to have never been used. It would be carried by a soldier and used to sanitize hypodermic needles on the front lines.
    They had oil in the flask and would light the wick and set it back into the case too heat the plate that had maybe water or some form of sanitizer liquid in it.
    A very interesting piece if you ask me.
